Life Restoration Church is located on the South Central Side of Milwaukee. Our address is 2422 W National Avenue. We are one block south of Mitchell Park and two and one-half blocks east of 27th Street.

Parking is available behind the church. Enter from the driveway on 24th Street between 753 and 759.
